Wyomissing Summer Playground Program 2026 - Happy Hollow Playground-MORNING
Welcome to the Wyomissing Summer Playground Program – where the spirit of summer comes alive. With a dynamic and engaging setting, the program is designed to get your children out of the house, active, and immersed in a world of fun and excitement. Our program is crafted with the goal of enriching the physical and social development of our youngsters, ensuring a safe, supervised environment, and delivering age-appropriate activities during specified playground hours.At the heart of our Summer Playground Program is a dedicated staff committed to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. As your children embark on this adventure, they’ll not only learn new skills but also build confidence and form lasting friendships.Children enrolled in the Tot Lot Program must be 5 years old by February 1, 2026, and must have successfully completed a kindergarten program by June 1, 2026. Tot Lot is designed specifically for children ages 5 to 6 and requires kindergarten completion prior to the start of the program. There are no exceptions to these requirements, as they are governed by Pennsylvania Department of Human Services regulations for playground programs. Children participating in the Playground Program must be 7 years old by September 1, 2026, in accordance with these same state guidelines. The Wyomissing Recreation Department offers a fun and engaging summer tennis program for children ages 5 and up, led by Mr. Craig Cronrath, a seasoned tennis professional. With over 40 years of experience as a player, instructor, and coach, Mr. Cronrath brings a wealth of knowledge from his time teaching both locally in the Reading/ Berks area and across the globe. He’s dedicated to helping young players develop their skills, while fostering a love for the game and ensuring they have a great time while learning, and leaving them excited to come back for more.Registration Fees: $45.00 – One Week / session $80.00 – Two Weeks / sessions $120.00 – Four Weeks / sessions $190.00 – Eight Weeks / sessions

Splish, splash… it’s a late-night pool bash!
Join us at the Wyomissing Pool on Friday, August 7th, for one of the most anticipated pool nights of the season — MIDNIGHT SWIM!
The pool will be open from 8:00 PM to MIDNIGHT, giving families, friends, and pool-goers a chance to enjoy a special late-night swim under the lights.
Whether you’re jumping in for one last splash before summer starts winding down, hanging out with friends, or just enjoying the atmosphere of a warm August night, Midnight Swim is always a favorite Wyomissing Pool tradition.
Admission is just $6.00 for Pool Members and $8.00 for Resident Non-Members and Guests.
To help cut down on lines at the gate, Moonlight Swim bracelets can be purchased at the pool front desk in advance.
Grab your towel, bring your friends, and make it a night to remember at the Wyomissing Pool.
