Notice of Filming and Photography by the Borough of Wyomissing
By using a Borough of Wyomissing facility or attending a Borough-sponsored program or event, you acknowledge and grant consent that you or members of your household may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. You authorize the Borough of Wyomissing to use such photographs, video, and/or audio recordings for marketing, promotional, educational, or informational purposes in any form or medium now known or developed in the future.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform Borough staff, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request. If you observe Borough staff capturing images and prefer not to be included, please notify them at that time.
If you later see an image of yourself or a family member that causes concern, please contact the Borough. As a courtesy, the Borough will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use of the image and remove it from future publications when feasible. However, the Borough may not be able to retrieve or alter previously printed materials or content already distributed or published.
