News: S'WET Aqua Fitness at the Wyomissing Pool

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new fitness experience at the Wyomissing Pool this season— S’WET™ Aqua Fitness !
S’WET™ (Strength. Water. Exercise. Training.) is a high-energy, full-body aquatic workout that blends the fundamentals of water fitness with resistance training, high-intensity intervals, cardio, strength, and plyometrics—all in the pool. It’s a dynamic, low-impact workout designed to challenge participants of all ages and fitness levels, with modifications available to meet you where you are.
This isn’t your typical water aerobics class. S’WET™ is designed to push you - safely, out of your comfort zone while focusing on proper form and inclusive, functional movement. Whether you're looking to build muscle, improve endurance, or just try something new and fun, this class delivers.
Classes are held Wednesdays at 6:00 PM at the Wyomissing Pool and are led by Sherri Freifelder, a licensed Zumba Specialty Instructor and AEA Certified Aquatic Fitness Professional with years of wellness experience. Each session costs $11 (cash only), and you’ll pay at the front desk when you arrive.
Classes begin on Wednesday, June 11th.
Please note that this is an outdoor class and weather dependent. Plan to wear your bathing suit, bring a water bottle, and we strongly recommend water shoes for comfort and safety. Arrive a few minutes early so you’re ready to dive in on time.
